Our service packages start at $650 (plus GST) per month which includes:

One-on-one capability programs

Maker Marketing’s one-on-one capability programs are registered with the Regional Business Partner Network. In this one-on-one workshop we will explore what makes your business unique, look at your target market and ideal customer profile in order to help you craft an amazing brand story that inspires loyalty from current customers and will grow your customer base and sales

Already have a compelling story but don’t know where to start when it comes to telling it online? In this one-on-one workshop we will explore the various social media platforms, find your customers and create and implement a strategy to create content and engage with current and new customers and grow your sales.

Going direct to consumer

From $1000

Direct-to-consumer (or D2C) sales can be an extremely profitable sales channel and a a vital part of growing your business. In this one-on-one workshop you will learn the basics of D2C sales: e-commerce, email marketing, seo, influencer marketing, referral marketing, shipping and logistics in order to help you engage with current and new customers and grow your sales.

Managing your online reputation

From $600

Online reviews can make or break your business. This one-on-one workshop will help you thrive and be seen on platforms such as Google, Facebook and TripAdvisor (for restaurants, hospitality and tourism operators). You will learn how to respond proactively to negative reviews, leverage positive reviews and turn happy customers into brand advocates.
